ABSTRACT: Effects of La on bonding strength and bonding property of Cu metal/diamond composite are studied when La content is 0.32ï¼…, the bonding strength and bonding property of composite get maximum. Analysis showed that La Call reduce void in metal matrix and increase wettability of metal metal to diamond.
