ABSTRACT: The influence factors of partial resonance for ultrasonic honing system were studied bv tests. In this paper we discussed the area ratio of cross section between flexible pole and oilstone seat. The length of oilstone seat and the partial resonance frequency under the best vibrating effect. It supplies the proof for the design of ultrasonic honing acoustic system. As well it is worth to the theoretical research.
