ABSTRACT: In this paper are presented three kinds of resin powders-polyimide resin, 939Presin and Phenolic resin and they are used as bond for making diamond wheel. Grinding experiment shows that the wear resistance and ginding efficiency of polyimide resinoid bond diamond wheel are the best. By analysing the miscrostructure with SEM of the wheels, the causes of the difference are analyzed.
