Multiple-objective Optimization Based on Genetic Algorithm when GrindingDZ4 Superalloy

ABSTRACT: In this paper the grinding parameters of DZ4 superalloy are optimized to prevent the grinding burn. The optimization is based on a multiple-objective genetic algorithm, and the relationship between specific energy and heat flow density in contact zone is analysed by experiments. The results show that the optimization is useful in selecting grinding parameters.
