Chinese and American Enterprises Inked Commercial Cooperation Agreements

Deputy Director General of the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce Yu Hua headed China business delegation to visit the Research Triangle Park of North Carolina, the US on May 2-3. Enterprises of both parties signed 12 contracts and letters of contracts.
Yu thought highly of the investment environment of the state at the return dinner held in Marriott Hotel in Raleigh, capital of North Carolina and stated that he will also head the business delegation to negotiate more trade cooperation projects with the state.
Lieutenant governor of North Carolina Walter Dalton thanked Chinese business delegation for the visit, saying “though we are in North Carolina and you’re from China, we speak in the same “language”, that is, commercial language.”
The visiting China business delegation includes the responsible persons of high-tech parks in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou as well as representatives of some high-tech enterprises. And China Xuanyuan Group and the Hamner Institutes for Health Sciences located in the Research Triangle Park reached an investment cooperation agreement with total value of USD500m to set up the global biotechnology passage.
