ABSTRACT: ln this paper, the laser welding technolgy of diamond saw blade is studied Anaiysis is made on the effect of process parameters including the laser beam power, welding speed, focus position, assistant gas and beam alignment upon the welding quality. It is found out that the transition layer is a key factor.
