ABSTRACT: Abrasive Jet Micro Machining(AJMM)is all unconventional machining technique, in which high pressure gas is used as medium to accelerate the abrasive grits and make them form all effect of impact or erosion on workpiece. It’s applicable to the micro structural machining and the surface treatment of parts. In this paper, the principle of Abrasive Jet Machining(AJM)is mostly analyzed and a set of principle experiment device is contrived, the AJM process is observed through experiments, the characteristics of AJM are analyzed, and a improving project is presented.
