AIISTRACT: Compared with uncoated diamond,the percentage of every wear of Ti-coated diamond in practical tool has some change. The pull-out ratio is greatly reduced from 55% to about 10% , while no-significant-wear ratio and micro-fracture ratio of the grits participating In effective cut are both increased. That improves the tool’s lifetime and efficiency.
