General manager of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation Zhang Xiaogang and president of the US Steel Corporation signed 3 memorandums of cooperation on investment including the Agreement on Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation Conducting Equity Investment in the US Steel Corporation at 17:30 of May 13 at the Eastern Standard time (5:30 pm of May 14 at Beijing Time) in Rockefeller Center, New York. The provincial government business delegation headed by Governor of Liaoning province Chen Zhenggao and representatives of World Steel Dynamics, Danieli, Tenova and Universal Corporation jointly witnessed the signing of agreements.
