ABSTRACT: Rationality of sintering mould structure of super-hard composite body is a key factor to the quality of composite body and ram: hitting cost. This paper aims at the shortcomings of normal sintering mould of composite body and, inspired by the structure of tungsten carbide mould. Optimizes the mould structure of super-hard composite body. It reduces machining cost of super-hard composite body aIl insures the sintering quality of super-hard composite body.
