ABSTRACT: This paper mainly introduced the manufacturing technique of the diamond wheel for grinding ferrite magnets arcs with big radius. In view of the shape characteristics of the cambered-surfaced wheel,a series of technical processes are utilized to ensure the homogeneity of the electroplating, which help to make the products fit customer’s specification requirement after grinding.
