ABSTRACT: TZP ceramic wire-drawing die has been fabricated from 3Y-TZP/AI2O3ceramic powder(Addition of a little amount of AI2O3 increases hardness and sintering properties of the matrix), meanwhile, a co-deposition technique of nanometer powders, forming technique and sintering technique have also been developed The wire-drawing test results show that the working life of-TZP ceramic wire-drawing die is above 4 time than thin of YG8 cemented carbide carbide wire-drawing die.
