ABSTRACT: This study briefly looked back the developing process diamond saw-blade welding. Overviewed several presently popular welding methods in details and evaluated characteristics of each welding method. The authors primarily discussed the operational characteristics of brazing technology, researched influences of brazing process on welding results, pointed out the relation between brazing temperature and shearing strength and briefly related characteristics of several special filler metal and some mainpoints of selection. The study inducated that further improving filler metal is the key point to satisfy present industrial production, and enhancing research of laser welding technology is an important measure to achieve inprovement of diamond saw-blade welding strength.
