ABSTRACT: In order to overcome the drawbacks of present concrete cutting saw blades, the effect of segments compositions, such as cobalt concentration, diamond grit size, different tungsten carbide and sintering technology on the sharpness and life of saw blases were investigated in this paper. Based on the study above, a kind of sharp and wear-resistant concrete cutting saw blade was developed .
