China Smoothly Passed the Third Deliberation of WTO on Chinese Trade Policy

The third deliberation of WTO on Chinese trade policy was successfully concluded on June 2. Amid the two-day deliberation, many member of WTO though highly of China’s efforts to fight against trade protectionism and help to increase global demand in coping with the economic crisis and appreciated the important contributions made by China to the global economic recovery.
In the process of deliberation, Chinese delegation headed by vice commerce minister Yi Xiaozhun and members of WTO conducted detailed and extensive exchanges on Chinese trade policies and behaviors in the past two years.
Chairman of the meeting thought highly of China for performing commitments of its access to WTO, praising China has made full preparations for the deliberation and deeming that the deliberation was of high quality.
