ABSTRACT: The paper introduces the special structure and excellent characteristics of lately developed self sharpening diamond having crumb structure, including the crystal structure, crystal shape, crystal shape, surface features, particle sizes, theory of fray, wear and sharpening characteristics, suitable materials to be processed and the suitable bonders as well as action of coating diamond.
