Azerbaijan will sell its natural gas to Turkey under energy agreements concluded here on Monday.

The agreements were signed by Turkey's Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz and his Azerbaijani counterpart Natiq Aliyev.

The two countries also signed a memorandum of understanding on sale and transportation of Azerbaijani natural gas to Turkey and to Europe via Turkey.

Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev also attended the signing ceremony.
