Warrants have been issued for the arrest of several people involved in illegal quarrying activities in East Trinidad. On Wednesday lawmen seized over 2 million dollars worth equipment at Vega De Oropuche in Sangre Grande. The items were confiscated based on information received by Senior Superintendent Margaret Sampson, Sergeant Beverly Paul and other officers from Sangre Grande CID.
