Fourth Hong Kong China International Service Trade Fair Held in Hong Kong

On July 13, the fourth Hong Kong China International Service Trade Fair launched its opening ceremony in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. Assistant minister of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) Wang Chao, Vice Governor of Hainan Provincial People’s Government Li Guoliang, Secretary for Hong Kong SAR Commerce and Economic Development Bureau Rita Lau and President of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Fred Lam attended and addressed the “service trade development forum” and deputy director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R Zhou Junming was present and expressed congratulations.
Wang pointed out in the keynote speech that the world’s economic recovery and the steady recovery of Chinese economy will create a huge space of growth for bilateral service trade. The internationalization and development of trade in services of Chinese mainland shall be beefed up through communication and cooperation with the service industry of Hong Kong, which shall also seek for a new space of development in the process of cooperation with the mainland, so the bilateral close cooperation to jointly boast the development of China service trade is of great significance to the common prosperity of bilateral economy.
