Premier Wen Jiabao, who is conducting an investigation in Shaanxi, and Chancellor Angela Merkel had a symposium with Sino-German entrepreneurs in Xi’an on the morning of July 17 to have heard their opinions and suggestions on bilateral economic and trade cooperation and answered the questions. The two prime ministers stated that Sino-German relations has been in a new starting point, so both parties shall seize the opportunity and constantly expand mutually beneficial cooperation to boast bilateral economic and trade ties to a new level.
