Abstract: This article expouds four aspects which are the suggestions of twelve five years plan; the tasks and direction of China coated abrasives sub-association after studying “equipment manufacturing vitalization plan” that approved by state council and the 2nd general meeting of 8th session of sub-association; enhance autonomous innovation ablility on the topic of “base on priority, adjust structure, quicken innovation”; establish industrial public service platform and foster a team of talents. This article interprets the spirit of the 2nd general meeting of 8th session and sounds the clarion of coated abrasives industry.
