Marble, along with granite, is the most popular natural stone used for kitchen counters. That's why there are tools available in the market to furnish kitchen countertops with edging marble.
The Stone
Marble is scratchable because it is a sedimentary rock. Compared to granite, which is an igneous rock, marble is a softer rock and it is easier to stain. This means that, along with edging marble, you must also polish marble to keep it in tiptop shape.
