At the moment, Idea's catalogue includes two, energy-efficient machines (90 and 150 kW) that implement the new SMART POWER system, which reduces energy consumption by about 30-35% while ensuring perfect alignment of phase angles.
The company's research on materials have led to uniform temperature application on the entire surface of the moulds, in order to guarantee top quality production at any time and reduce the consumption of graphite. Sintering in a vacuum chamber and the injection of inert gases make it possible to obtain finished products without any sign of oxidization.
All the machines come with a powerful management and control system to store work cycles, monitor them in real time and display the information as a graph. The remote support system, via modem, allows the continuous monitoring of the machine anywhere in the world.
