The US has made an anti-subsidy preliminary ruling decision that imposes retaliatory tariffs with a tax rate of 137.5 percent against some Chinese aluminum exporters.

An official at an aluminum enterprise said the retaliatory tariff could force aluminum enterprises to exit the American market.
