Diamond jewelry and watches were among 44 items iconic talk show host Oprah Winfrey gave away to 275 eager members of her studio audience, during an “Oprah's Ultimate Favorite Things 2010” episode.

Other than jewelry, guest goodies included flat screen televisions, designer bags, shoes, clothes and even exotic vacations.

The jewelry included in the fan favorite show included a $2,500 Philip Stein diamond watch, studded with 58 diamonds, and $1,900, 1.17-carat Dana Rebecca diamond earrings, featuring 100 diamonds set in 14 karat white, rose or yellow gold; and $525 Judith Ripka earrings made with canary crystal stones and white sapphire accents.

Although jewelry was prominent in the giveaway, Oprah's 'ultimate' favorite thing was Apple's iPad.
