China's crude steel output for the whole of 2010 is expected to reach 624 million tons, up 8.2 percent from last year, China Iron and Steel Association vice-chairman Luo Bingsheng said on Friday.
Total crude steel output over the first 10 months stood at 525.095 million tons, which means that the association expects monthly output over November and December to remain at just under 50 million tons despite expectations of a supply contraction.
