Following last year's successful inauguration of the Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair, this year's event – scheduled to run from January 30-February 1 – is opening its doors to exhibitors from the international diamond industry.
Artur Beller, President of the Antwerp Diamond Bourse, called the fair "exclusive" and said that organizers had invited "high-end" jewelry firms to show. "This is an opportunity for these preferred buyers to connect with a wide range of Antwerp diamond companies," Beller noted.
Antwerp, where over 50% of the world's diamonds are traded, is the ideal venue for such an event, Beller continued. "No other diamond center is able to provide a larger and more varied selection of polished diamonds, at such highly competitive prices," he said.
Requests for invitations to show at the 2011 Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair can be submitted at: http://www.antwerpdiamondfair.com/visitors.html.
