China is drafting and enforcing 18 national focus programs which aims to improve the manufacturing layout, productivity and transformation, some authoritative source said in China Steel Program Forum hold in Beijing.



The authoritative source said, China would set up 100 regional steel groups in the next 5 years, we would carry out different steel industry strategy in different areas. Northeast, NorthChina and EastChina would cut down the productivity, Southwest and South-middle area would eliminate some backward capability, the west area would enlarge some productivity during the Twelfth Five Years.
