Russian aluminum output in the first three months of the year increased 0.4% on the year, the federal statistics service said Tuesday.
The service doesn't provide tonnages.
Aluminum output in March increased 1.9% compared with March 2010 and 12.4% compared with February.
Zinc output in the first quarter of 2011 rose 0.6% on the year, and in March fell 3.1% on the year and increased 8.1% compared with February.
Russia's copper output in January-March increased 1.5% compared with March 2010, while output of the red metal in March was down 1.3% on the year and up 8.3% from February.
Nickel output in the first three months of the year increased 1% compared with the same period of 2010, while March output was 2% lower on the year and up 8.6% compared with February.
