Auto Detailing Systems Heated with Fuel
The enhanced steam car wash machines offer rated psi levels of 2000 and rated GPM of 2. The auto detailing power washers rely on 1.5 HP electric-powered, 110V-120V motors. The water pumps are manufactured for direct drive and supported by 5 years Daimer® warranty coverage.
The auto detailing systems are based on heater exchange systems with schedule 80 coils and direct spark ignitions. The mobile car wash equipment offers unheated operation as well as hot water cleaning and the highest temperature option, saturated wet steam that can approach temperatures of 330ºF. The systems include electronic direct spark ignition systems and can be purchased to burn heating oils, kerosene fuel or diesel. Daimer® includes 9 gallons of fuel capacity in each machine.
The car steam cleaners are factory-mounted on a custom wheel system, but the machines support mounting on trailers with the wheel system removed.
