The region’s most comprehensive and significantly the most repre-sentative trade event for the hardware, tools and machinery industries, is set to open its doors at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre next week on Tuesday, May 10th. The exhibition will take palce until Thursday, May 12th, 2011.
Hardware+Tools Middle East, organised by leading trade fair and conference organiser, Epoc Messe Frankfurt, has been reflecting the latest trends and developments in the hardware, tools and machinery market for over a decade and it continues to offer key influencers, buyers and decision makers in the region an ideal platform to assess and evaluate the products and services they need.
“Hardware+Tools Middle East has continued to evolve in order to keep pace with the fluid regional market. We expect the addition of the Middle East Construction Forum which we are organising in colla-boration with the Society of Engineers to be a great value add to the overall event,” said Ahmed Pauwels, Chief Executive Officer, Epoc Messe Frankfurt.
“This is the 12th edition of the trade fair which each year features the latest product ranges and health and safety equipment as well as new developments in the construction industry, the latest lines of eco-friendlly construction material and energy-saving hardware and tools. The event’s significance to key industries in the region is reflected in the wide support and participation it attracts year on year,” Pauwels stated.
Representative trade events such as Hardware+Tools Middle East are vital for the progress and development of the local market. By attract-ing leading manufacturers and distributors to Dubai, it raises the profile of the specific sector and plays an important role in raising local standards to the highest levels.
Organisers anticipate a favourable reception from the industry for the event which will bring together construction professionals, buyers, suppliers, manufacturers and key purchase influencers under one roof. The exhibition covers the following sections: Machinery, Tools, Construction and Building Materials & Hardware.
This year’s edition of Hardware+Tools Middle East also features a Demo Area on the show floor. This is a specialised exhibition add-on where exhibitors can demonstrate their products at work and trade visitors get the opportunity to test the products first hand. A highly popular element of the event, this year the Demo Area will feature interactive demonstrations by Makita, who will be showing off their wood working tools, rotary hammer, demolition hammer and break-ers. A demo by 3M will feature the benefits of combining 3M Accessories and Abrasives with 3M’s Power Tools. The entire range of Laser Distance Meters will be on show by Leica; while Einhill will show off their wood working machinery and various types of saws.
