China's CPI may decline in April while monetary policy keep rigid

National Bureau of Statistics of China is due to release the main data of China`s April macro economy on May 11. Some analysts said that the vegetable prices declines greatly and international commodities rising tendency is contained in recent days, China`s CPI may hold the line with the data in March, even to fall back a little.
Concerning the macro policy in future, China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), which is China's first joint venture investment bank based in Beijing, said in a research report that China policymaker may keep monetary supply in tight control, the People`s Bank of China (PBOC) may hike the benchmark interest once in Quarter 2, meanwhile the bank’s reserve requirement ratio even get another raise in Quarter 2, and the RMB may appreciate at a relatively fast pace.
