China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) recently said yesterday that it is carrying out investigation in the Baoan Group and related securities brokers concerning the so-called graphite ore.



Some media released in April that the China Baoan Group has certain graphite ore, citing research reports from some securities brokers. But the Baoan Group denied such report in its web site later.



CSRC said it would take legal action after the investigation if they really found some thing getting out of regulation. The regulator also advises the related investors to bring an action for the misleading research report.
