The ceremony taking trade talks and signing the project between Henan Jiaozuo and Pearl River delta was held on May 18 afternoon. The Jiaozuo city announced more than 100 projects on this ceremony. Through a lot of preparations and active talks, the contract about 21 projects producing 500 thousand big single crystal diamonds one year has been signed investing 11.4 billion Yuan in total which includes 9.2 billion Yuan foreign capital.
