The blueprint of renewable energy for the twelfth 5 years period is submitted to the State Council for approval, a well-informed industrious source told China Securities Journal yesterday.



China may increase the installed capacity of photovoltaic to 10 gigawatts by 2015, doubled from the original target of 5 gigawatts for the industry, Li Junfeng, deputy director of the Energy Institute with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
