Methods Machine Tools offers CAMplete Truepath turn-mill software on Nakamura-Tome multitasking turning centers. This integrated suite of G-code editing, optimization, analysis and verification tools enables a full range of turn-mill functions.



The software is designed to create a program that combines G code from CAM systems and hand-coded G code into a set of programs that can be simulated, fine-tuned and optimized using detailed 3D Nakamura machine models.



Full simulation of Nakamura turning centers and programs includes detailed tooling and workholding libraries. A G-code editor enables modification of posted and unposted data. Changes automatically update both the tool path and the G code. Optimization features include wait code editing; reorder and move operations; and fine-tuning to simplify multitasking.
