According to the task of energy saving and emission reduction, Guiyang city industry and information committee released this year the first and second batch of backward capacity plan list, involving a total of six industries — 23 households enterprises including steel, cement, abrasive, yellow phosphorus, papermaking and power.

It is understood that involving the first batch of backward capacity plan 11 enterprises has been fully implemented closure such as Guizhou cement plant, Guiyang cement limited liability company(LLC), Guizhou Kaiyang Zijiang cement Co. , QingZhen city built south cement plant, QingZhen city Qiangui building materials factory, Guizhou open phosphorus industry limited liability company, Guizhou kaiyang phosphorus city phosphorus chemical Co., LTD, Guizhou Xifeng phosphate rock, Guiyang, Guizhou Lin mountain yellow phosphorus plant , Guizhou phosphate factory, Guizhou kaiyang new strong chemical limited liability company.

It is reported that the enterprises which has been in the list will plan shut down before the end of September and remove the main equipment and production line before November

The next step will further strengthen supervision and inspection and guidance, accelerating backward productivity work out such as yellow phosphorus, steel, cement, ferroalloys.
