Seven privately-run steelmakers in Handan, Hebei, were incorporated into one group called Hebei Baoxin Iron and Steel Group. The new group with its operations covering coking, pig iron making, steelmaking, finish steel and processing, is expected to achieve annual revenue of 20.7 billion yuan.
