London's Dorchester Hotel, favored by celebrity clients visiting the city, recently began offering a luxury manicure that includes affixing 10 carats of diamonds to clients' fingernails. The price: $51,000.

The diamond manicure is the brainchild of the Cherish… Me company, which also helps the manicur-ees remove the diamonds when they desire to do so.

Clients are given the diamond treatment only after a consultation with the day spa's owners and with the spa's manicure specialists.
