IDI Launches Asia Call Center

As part of the fourth phase of its multifaceted marketing campaign “Together Works,” the Israel Diamond Institute has launched a Call Center for the Asia region, focusing on Hong Kong and Singapore.
One of the main aspects of the IDI’s worldwide campaign is proactive marketing, particularly in emerging markets. As part of this plan, a Call Center has been established exclusively to expand business contacts in Asia. Every week 1,500 buyers from the region will be contacted by the IDI service center asking if they have any diamond supply requests. These requests are immediately posted on the IDI Portal and all Israeli diamond companies are sent text Messages (SMS) regarding the new demand.
The new service is already gathering momentum and proving to be an effective marketing channel.
