In addition to Plibrico product sales, Houston refractory specialists at TFL are developing new applications for pre-cast refractory shape technology used for the temperature and chemical control of furnaces and vessels across all industries -- petrochemical, steel, power generation, metal casting and minerals processing.

The 12,000 square foot TFL facility in north Houston features two high-temperature furnaces and mold-making capabilities, allowing the firm to produce a wide variety of pre-cast and customized refractory shapes that provide better performance and true cost savings.

According to Fisher, Plibrico is TFL's most popular product because pre-cast shape design and manufacturing of high-performance refractory shape systems require the proper refractory material to suit the demands of the application.

TFL provides engineering capabilities and onsite project management -- from fabrication to installation.
