The Troy Diamond Report has released its own application for iPhone and iPad called the "DiamondMaster App." The app is meant to be a tool for diamond wholesalers, retailers and investors. It allows users to compare prices on a wide array of diamonds.
The app covers color, clarity, cut and carat and has 46 carat weight categories. It features pricing for diamonds of up to 10 carats. Plus, the app offers pricing in 11 currencies and comparisons on 10 cut shapes. It uses four color grading systems: Gemological Institute of America, International Diamond Council, American Gem Society and the Russian grading system.
DiamondMaster App also offers dimension guidelines and informational pages on each cut grade.
The application was developed by Troy Diamond Report founder Wayne D. Prentice, a graduate gemologist. Version 1.0 of the app is available for purchase for $9.99 and no subscription is required to buy or download it.
