The State Council may issue a preferential policy helping the Henan Province to develop Mid-China Economy Zone before October as soon as possible, the related governmental agencies also would publish some supporting regional development measures in this year, a well-informed source told China Securities Journal recently.



The regulator had set up a joint research group in June, headed by the National Development And Reform Commission (NDRC) , they collected the necessary data for the State Council to decide concerning the Mid-China Economy Zone.



Some expert said, the Henan Province would compose the main force of the Mid-China Economy Zone, it also include some neighboring counties with people more than 150 million.
