N.Hydro signed Brazil alumina deal using Platts index-CEO

LONDON, July 26 (Reuters) - Norsk Hydro has a signed contract for Brazilian alumina using the Platts alumina index, Chief Executive Svein Richard Brandtzaeg said on Tuesday.
"We have recently entered a contract that was index-linked instead of linked to the LME (London Metal Exchange)," he told Reuters in an interview.
