The unique flexible filaments are self centering and are engineered to provide the correct pressure to create an ideal hone - bore after bore. The rigid abrasive media is firmly attached to the end of the filaments making the tool an excellent choice for difficult cross-hole deburring and edge radiusing applications.
Osborn's ATB Flexible Honing Tools are available in silicon carbide and aluminum oxide in grit sizes 60 to 320. When used together with Osborn's line of ATB Softool super-finishing products, a near perfect plateau finish free of debris and contaminants can be efficiently achieved.
