Following the introduction of screw diggers and plug cutters, Disston has steadily developed a significant share of the wood drilling market – a programme that now includes Multi Angle Drill Bits with super sharp cutting edges capable of operating in six directions: forwards, backwards and sideways and also right, left and upside down!

These versatile tools are ideal for electricians, carpenters, locksmiths and plumbers undertaking both installation and renovation work that requires cutting straight or curved channels; recesses for cables and pipework; as well as creating a neat mortice for locks. Sharp wings quickly effect clean smooth holes, without damaging the surface of the workpiece – whether its timber, chipboard, plasterboard or any other soft material - at twice the speed of a conventional drill.

Available in eight sizes ranging from 10mm to 32mm, Disston Multi Angle Drill bits are available individually and also in sets of either four or eight of the most popular sizes.
