Hosted by abrasive grit technology committee, zhengzhou research institute for abrasives & grinding, superhard materials sub-association of CMTAB, 16th China Abrasive Grit Technology Conference Was Held Successfully in Urumqi on 7th -10th August, 2011.

There are more than 150 attendees who are experts, scholar, technician from domestic famous academies, research institute participated in this conference.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Liu Mingyao who is the vice director of Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives & Grinding. Doctor Zhu Feng who is the director of Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives & Grinding made an address of welcome. The president of Huaqiao University Xu Xipeng gave an elaborate recommendation of preparations in this two years and schedule.

This conference is closed satisfactorily under the hard work of organizer and co-host units. The achievements will greatly improve the processing technology of abrasive grit and development of technical research.
