How to Remove Alcohol Stains From Granite Tile

Some alcohols, such as red wine or margaritas, contain a high acid content that can stain expensive granite tile. Keep a few simple items on hand to make sure any accidents can be cleaned up quickly to prevent any further damage.
Step 1 Mix 1 part washing soda with 1 part warm water, making a thick paste. Apply paste on the stained area.
Step 2 Allow it to sit for 2 minutes, then brush it away with a brush into the cloth.
Step 3 Rinse the cloth in warm water.
Step 4 Dip the cloth in washing soda solution, then rinse and soak with plain warm water.
Step 5 Wipe the area and allow it to dry.
