Middle Speed corrugator Belt is 5 layer structure belt, each structure of the layer are the same, each layer has the same material, and the absorbent fiber is woven into the surface layer, made of the high grade PET continuous filament yarn with high tension and low flexibility. The surface is straight line, then, in return, guarantee correct gluing and fast drying of the board. Our specifical structure design ensure the hydrophilic and drying ability.

High speed corrugator Belt was developed to high speed running and rapid dying of the corrugated board. The structure and the quality of the belt facilitates steam evaporation from the paperboard. The belt is 3-layer belt. The structure of two surface layers are not the same as the middle layer. This structure is developed to produce flat boards on high-speed corrugating machines.
