What if I have forgotten my password?
If you forget your password, please choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps:
Click the "Forgotten Password?" link below the Sign in box at “Login” page.
• Enter your Member ID and click "Next."
• Enter either your registered email address or answer the 'Password Question' you submitted during your initial registration.
• Check your registered email address. Then click the URL you received and submit your new password.

How to view my company online?
You can find your company in one of two ways:
1.) Use the "Search Company" feature to locate your company.
2.) Click through the Company List industry categories that you specified in registration to locate your company

How do I update my Member information?
When you change your address or telephone number, don't forget to update your information. After Sign-in, please move to your member centre and update it to new one. click here to see the member centre.
